Bonus Terms and Conditions

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all promotional bonuses offered by Coinsgame. By participating in any bonus, you agree to be bound by these terms, the General Terms and Conditions, and applicable laws. Where translation differences exist, the English version prevails.

1. General eligibility and account rules

Only one bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per IP address, per device, or per account. Coinsgame reserves the right to close or confiscate assets on accounts considered duplicates or linked in an abusive manner. You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal to participate. Participation is subject to verification of identity and payment methods (KYC).

  • Promotions may be altered, suspended, or canceled at Coinsgame's sole discretion if abuse or system errors are detected.
  • In the event of a dispute, the English version of these terms governs.

2. Bonus types available

The following bonus types may be offered. Each bonus has its own eligibility, wagering, and withdrawal terms as specified below. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in section 1 and to country-based restrictions described in section 4.

2.1 First Deposit Bonus

Eligible players may receive one First Deposit Bonus per Coinsgame account. To qualify, you must deposit using either COIN125 or COIN150 bonus code before making the deposit. If multiple accounts or devices are detected as linked to a single user, Coinsgame reserves the right to reject or reclaim bonuses.

  • The First Deposit Bonus is sticky and non-withdrawable; it will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request.
  • Minimum qualifying deposit to claim the first deposit bonus is 20 EUR, 20 USD, 20 CHF, 20 CAD, 20 AUD, 200 NOK, 100 PLN, or 100 BRL.
  • General Bonus Terms apply in addition to these First Deposit terms.

2.2 Deposit Bonuses and Reload Offers

Deposit bonuses (reloads, extra free spins, and any promotions labeled as "Reload") require a deposit and are subject to wagering and withdrawal limits as described below.

  • Extra Free Spins: claimable with specific bonus codes. For example, deposits of 20 EUR+ may yield 20 Extra Free Spins with code COIN20; deposits of 50–99 EUR may award 60 free spins with code COIN50; deposits of 100 EUR+ may award 150 free spins with code COIN100. Free spins are issued automatically after the deposit and bonus code are applied to a selected qualifying slot.
  • Wagering/rollover: a 5x rollover on the deposit amount applies at Coinsgame's sole discretion per AML policy before any withdrawal can be requested on a bonus-associated balance.
  • Maximum winnings arising from bonus-funded play are subject to a cap equal to 15,000 EUR (or equivalent in local currency), unless otherwise stated in the individual offer.

2.3 No Deposit Bonus

From time to time Coinsgame may offer a No Deposit Bonus. Only one No Deposit Bonus may be claimed per player, per account, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Coinsgame reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate assets.

  • Winnings from No Deposit Free Spins carry no wagering requirements. Free spins are allocated to games chosen by Coinsgame.
  • To withdraw winnings generated from No Deposit Bonus, the player must make a real-money deposit first, subject to the standard verification checks and deposit-method limits.
  • Eligibility for No Deposit Bonuses excludes certain jurisdictions. Coinsgame reserves the right to determine eligible countries at its sole discretion.

3. Wagering requirements, betting limits, and withdrawal rules

All bonus funds are subject to wagering and withdrawal conditions as specified in the relevant offer and these General Terms. In the absence of a specific alternative, the following applies:

  • Wagering requirement: at least 5 times the deposited amount, to be completed before any withdrawal from bonus funds may be requested. The wagering requirement is calculated on the sum of the deposit and bonus funds and any winnings attributed to the bonus.
  • Betting limits during bonus: a maximum bet of 3 EUR (or equivalent in the player’s currency) per spin or round when any bonus funds are active on the account.
  • Restricted game play during active bonuses: during an active bonus period you are not permitted to play jackpot games, table games, video poker, virtual games, live casino, or place bets on any sportsbook events using funds that are part of the bonus balance.
  • Sticky bonuses: bonuses that require wagering are considered active until a withdrawal request is processed or until the balance attributable to the bonus is depleted to zero (or as otherwise stated in the offer). A bonus balance remaining after a withdrawal request may be forfeited if the request is rejected or cancelled.
  • Balance handling: when you have both real money and bonus funds, real-money balances are used first. Any remaining amount is applied to the bonus balance for wagering purposes.
  • Cancellation and abuse: Coinsgame reserves the right to exclude any entry from a promotion or to alter/cancel a promotion if abuse is suspected or detected.

4. Jurisdiction, eligibility, and responsible gaming

Bonuses are not available to players in jurisdictions where such promotions are prohibited by law. Some jurisdictions may be restricted from receiving No Deposit or First Deposit Bonuses. By accepting a bonus, you confirm you are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction and you acknowledge the risk of gambling addiction.   • Language: If multiple language versions exist, the English version governs in the event of any discrepancy.

5. Claiming and code usage

To claim a bonus, enter the applicable bonus code before making a deposit. Codes are case-sensitive and must be used in the order specified by the promotional offer. If a code is not entered or the deposit is made before the code, the bonus may not be granted or may be forfeited.

6. Withdrawal of winnings and balance reconciliation

Withdrawals related to bonus-funded play are subject to standard verification checks and withdrawal limits. Any withdrawal attempt will be processed only after the wagering requirements for the applicable bonus are fulfilled in full. If you have excess funds above the maximum allowed withdrawal, these funds may be forfeited or converted to the available balance per the offer terms.

7. Changes to terms and governing law

Coinsgame reserves the right to modify or cancel bonuses, these terms, or the offer conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting or communication to players, and will apply to active and future promotions. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Coinsgame operates and the English language version prevails in the case of discrepancies.
