Self-Exclusion — Coinsgame

Coinsgame provides a formal Self-Exclusion program to help players manage gambling activity. Self-exclusion is an aid to responsible play, not a substitute for willpower, and is not foolproof. The program blocks promotional materials and disables access to your Coinsgame account for the duration of the chosen period.

Who may use Self-Exclusion

Any player aged 18 or older with a Coinsgame account may request self-exclusion. The exclusion applies to your Coinsgame account and related services. It does not override obligations under law or regulatory requirements elsewhere.

How to activate

You may initiate self-exclusion from the Self-Exclusion option in your account while logged in, or by contacting Coinsgame Customer Care. Activation takes effect on completion of the request and you will be logged out and prevented from logging in for the selected period.

Exclusion periods and default duration

  • 6 months
  • 12 months
  • 2 years
  • 3 years
  • 5 years

If you do not specify a period, the default duration is 6 months. You may request an extension for one or more additional periods by contacting Customer Care; extensions are granted at Coinsgame sole discretion and will apply to your account for the agreed period.

Withdrawals and cash reserves

Before enabling self-exclusion, you should request withdrawal of any available funds to avoid loss of withdrawal rights. Once self-exclusion is active, withdrawal requests may be blocked for the duration of the exclusion. If you need to discuss an exceptional withdrawal during an exclusion, contact Customer Care for guidance before activation.

Effects during exclusion

During the period of exclusion, you will be barred from logging in to your Coinsgame account and from registering new Coinsgame accounts. Promotional materials will not be sent to you. Coinsgame recommends that you also consider self-exclusion with any other gambling operators with whom you may be registered.

Compliance obligations and anti circumvention

You agree not to attempt to register new accounts, log in to existing accounts, or otherwise circumvent the self-exclusion measures. You are responsible for any actions taken to circumvent the exclusion, and Coinsgame disclaims liability for gambling activity that continues during the self-exclusion.

Premature reopening and extension requests

You may request premature reopening in writing. Coinsgame reserves the right to approve or deny such requests at its sole discretion. If reopening is approved, access will be reinstated for the remaining duration or new period as applicable.

Cross operator and coordinated protection

We encourage you to arrange self-exclusion with other operators if applicable. Coinsgame will support your self-exclusion on its platform and will assist where possible in applying the restriction across Coinsgame services.

Support and responsible gambling resources

Age, data and privacy

Players must be 18 years or older to participate. Coinsgame processes personal data necessary to enforce self-exclusion and to comply with regulatory requirements. Details are governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
