The Coinsgame Partner Program is a legally binding arrangement between Coinsgame and qualified affiliates who promote Coinsgame products to prospective players. Commission and Payouts

Compensation is tiered by the number of active downlines, defined as referred players who place real‑money wagers within a calendar month. The tiers are as follows:

  • One to three active downlines: 12 percent of net revenue.
  • Four to nine active downlines: 18 percent of net revenue.
  • Ten or more active downlines: 28 percent of net revenue.
  • By invitation only: up to 40 percent of net revenue.

Net revenue is calculated as total wagers minus winnings and promotional deductions, excluding taxes and any legally required withholdings. Reporting and Analytics

The affiliate dashboard provides real‑time statistics including clicks, registrations, deposits, and revenue. Data is retained in line with Coinsgame data retention policies. Discrepancies should be reported to affiliate support for investigation and resolution.

Term, Suspension and Termination

Coinsgame may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violation of these terms, fraud, or suspicious activity. Upon termination, the affiliate loses rights to future commissions from referred players, subject to a final settlement of earned but unpaid commissions minus any amounts due to breach or obligations. Data related to referred players may be retained for compliance purposes.

Disputes and Governing Law

Disputes arising under the partner program are governed by the laws set forth by Coinsgame and applicable jurisdiction. The parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations, followed by mediation or arbitration as determined by Coinsgame. Coinsgame reserves the right to seek injunctive relief to protect its brand and assets.
