Scope and Applicability
Coinsgame applies this KYC Policy to identify and verify players, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and monitor for AML/CFT risks. This policy governs all registered accounts and all deposits, withdrawals, and transactions conducted through Coinsgame platforms.
Triggering Conditions for Full KYC
Full KYC verification is required when any of the following occur: (1) an aggregate of deposits across the lifetime of the account reaches EUR 2000 or more (or the local currency equivalent); or (2) the account initiates a withdrawal of any amount.
Verification Process Overview
- The user submits identification and address verification information as described in Document Requirements.
- Coinsgame's KYC Team reviews the provided materials. A decision will be communicated via email or in‑platform notification within 24 hours of submission, subject to complexity.
- The outcome may be one of: approval of full KYC; rejection; or request for additional information.
- During a temporary approval phase, the user may continue to use the platform while certain transactional limits apply.
Documents and Data Requirements
- Government issued photo ID showing full name, photo, and date of birth; in some cases both sides may be required; the document must be valid and not expired.
- Selfie of the user holding the same identity document used for verification.
- Proof of current residential address in the form of a bank statement or utility bill issued within the last three months; the document must clearly display the user's name and address.
Temporary Approved Status and Transaction Limits
When the verification results in a Temporarily Approved status, the account remains active but is subject to procedural limits: deposits are capped at EUR 500 in aggregate until full verification is completed; withdrawals are not permitted during this period. Once full KYC is approved, standard deposit and withdrawal limits apply subject to ongoing monitoring.
Card Verification
If deposits are made with a payment card, Coinsgame may request a photo of the card showing the front and back, with the CVC/CVV code obscured. The cardholder name must match the name on the Coinsgame account. All other sensitive card data must be redacted in accordance with PCI requirements.
Additional AML and Compliance Measures
Coinsgame may request supplementary information to meet AML and regulatory obligations. Acceptable supplementary materials include proof of income, source of funds documentation, and documentation relating to the payment method used. Translations into English by a certified translator are acceptable where required, and non English documents must be accompanied by an accurate English translation.
Video or Telephone Interviews
In exceptional cases, Coinsgame may require a video or telephone interview as part of the verification process to confirm identity or address information.
Identity, Residence and Payment Method Criteria
- Proof of identity: the document must show the full legal name and date of birth; the name must match the account holder; the document must be valid for no less than the next three months.
- Proof of residence: the document must show the account holder's name and residential address, issued within the last three months; name must match ID.
- Selfie with ID: the user must appear in the selfie and the ID in the image must be the same as the verification document.
- Payment card: if a card is used, clear images of the card’s front and back must be provided; the CVC/CVV code must be obscured; the name on the card must match the account holder.
Outcomes, Remediation and Appeals
If verification cannot be completed or is unsuccessful, Coinsgame will document the reason and create a support ticket. The user will be informed of the reason and the ticket reference. The user may be invited to resubmit documents or provide alternative verification materials as appropriate.
Account Integrity and Restrictions
Accounts may not have more than one active member profile. Attempts to create additional accounts will result in the automatic suspension or closure of the related accounts, and any unsettled wagers or winnings may be voided at Coinsgame’s discretion.
Data Handling, Retention and Privacy
Coinsgame will store KYC data and supporting documents in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the company’s Privacy Policy. Data will be accessible only to authorized personnel involved in verification, compliance, or regulatory reporting. Records will be retained for the period required by law and regulatory obligations, after which information will be securely destroyed.
Registration, Terms and Updates
To register, users must accept Coinsgame’s General Terms and Conditions. If the Terms are updated, users may discontinue use of the services within two weeks after notice or continue under the updated terms, at their discretion.
Support and Contact
For KYC inquiries or to submit documentation, contact Coinsgame Support via the in‑platform help center or the compliance inquiry channel designated by Coinsgame. All communications will be treated as confidential and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
