Deposit Methods
Overview
Coinsgame deposits are processed through bank transfers, cryptocurrency transfers, and internal wallet transfers available within your account. The platform establishes a minimum deposit of €25 and a maximum of €5,000 per transaction. All deposits are subject to Coinsgame's KYC and AML policies and may be reviewed for security and regulatory compliance.
Bank transfers
To deposit by bank transfer, open the Deposits section, select Bank Transfer, choose your bank from the list, and enter the deposit amount. You will be shown the receiving bank account and a reference to include with your transfer. Please transfer the exact amount shown on the transfer page; deposits sent for a different amount will not be credited.

USDT and crypto-based deposits
Deposits via USDT are accepted to the wallet address shown in your deposit page. Transfer the exact amount displayed; amounts that do not match will not be credited to your Coinsgame account. After credit, the funds appear in your Coinsgame wallet in the base currency of your account. If you perform internal currency conversions, the page will display the applicable rate (for reference: RM 1 = 1.50 Coin; 1 Coin = RM 0.714).
Internal wallet transfers (BigCoin)
Some deposits may be credited to a wallet balance labeled BigCoin. Transfers from BigCoin to the main wallet follow the rate shown on the deposit page, and a service charge may apply. Once confirmed, certain BigCoin transfers cannot be reversed to the main wallet unless explicitly allowed by the deposit flow.
Verification and risk controls
Deposits are subject to Coinsgame’s KYC and AML policies. The platform may require additional verification for larger deposits or unusual activity. The company reserves the right to suspend deposits or request further information to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Statuses and support
Deposit attempts may show as Pending, Successful, or Failed. If a deposit does not appear after processing, contact Support via in-site live chat or WhatsApp during operating hours: 9:00 to 20:59. Support channels and hours may vary by region.
