Betting Information

Scope and Compliance

Coinsgame operates wagering services across sports and related markets on Coinsgame branded products. These betting rules apply to every wager placed within Coinsgame offerings, including prematch and in‑play markets. By placing a bet you accept these rules and any lawful amendments published by Coinsgame. Local laws to the extent they apply shall govern where permitted.

Bet Acceptance, Void and Corrections

Coinsgame reserves the right to refuse a bet or to cancel a wager after acceptance in certain circumstances. If a bet is not accepted, the stake is returned. Bets may be voided in whole or in part after acceptance for reasons including palpable error in price, system faults, irregular betting activity, attempts to circumvent limits, or misdescription of the event. The following actions may also lead to voiding of bets:

  • Palpable error in odds or market description; Coinsgame may correct or void the market.
  • System or technical faults affecting bet placement or settlement.
  • Suspected manipulation, collusion, or use of multiple accounts to exploit promotions.

Settlement and Data Sources

Settlements rely on official results from governing bodies or approved data providers. If official results are unavailable or demonstrably incorrect, Coinsgame may rely on independent credible data sources for settlement. Where a market specifies include overtime, penalties or deciders, settlement follows the market description. If a match is postponed or abandoned and not resumed within 48 hours, unsettled markets may be voided unless already determined by official results.

Odds Display and Payouts

Displayed odds are truncated to two decimals. Total odds are calculated with a sixth decimal digit and rounded according to the market rules. Final winnings are always truncated to two decimals. The maximum permissible interval between settlement of a betslip and any potential re‑settlement is 30 days.

Markets and Wager Types

Coinsgame offers prematch and live in‑play markets across eligible sports. Supported wager types include: single bets, accumulators, system bets, banker bets, and jackpot style wagers. Outright markets cover season‑long or tournament outcomes. If a listed participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team‑level markets remain valid while certain individual markets may be void. Play‑or‑Pay rules apply to outright markets; bets stand even if a listed participant cannot take part, with head‑to‑head markets exempt from this provision.

Handicap Betting

Two principal handicap formats are available. European Handicap is a three‑way outcome with a fixed margin applied to the favored side and includes a draw. Asian Handicap uses fractional margins to eliminate the draw in most cases. Example: European handicap presents Home vs Away with a fixed margin; Asian handicap employs non‑integer margins (eg half or quarter goals) to create separate outcomes. Settlement follows the final score adjusted by the applicable handicap as described in the market.

Soccer Settlement Rules

Soccer markets are normally settled on the regular time result, including injury time, and do not automatically include extra time or penalties unless the market description says otherwise. If a match is interrupted, postponed or abandoned and not resumed within 48 hours, unsettled markets are void unless already determined. Markets that state include overtime will be settled based on overtime results. Cards and other events are counted only if shown during the match time. Video Assistant Referee decisions that conflict with on‑field decisions may void bets placed from the moment of the incident until the final VAR decision, except where the market terms specify no impact on the odds.

Outright and Play‑Or‑Pay Rules

Outright markets (season or tournament winners, top positions) remain valid notwithstanding player or team changes, subject to the Play‑or‑Pay rule. Under Play‑or‑Pay, wagers on participants stand as losses if the listed participant fails to participate, unless the market description expressly excludes this rule. Head‑to‑head markets are excluded from Play‑or‑Pay treatment; team or participant substitutions may leave other related markets settled as described in the market terms.

Specific Market Types: Goals, Scorers and Events

First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer and Anytime Goalscorer bets apply to regular time unless stated otherwise. Own goals are treated as non‑scoring for First Goalscorer purposes and do not count for the scorer in those bets. If a match is abandoned after players have scored, settled results are based on the scorers who participated, with adjustments per market description. Double or multiple scorer markets follow the TV insert and official league statistics for settlement.

Special Case Sports and Other Markets

Where applicable, baseball and other sports follow official data thresholds for settlement. For example, in baseball markets, the event may be considered settled when certain innings are completed or when the official result is determined, with specific exceptions for pitcher lines or other market constructs as described in the market terms. Settlements may be adjusted if official results are revised after initial determination.

Live and Prematch Markets

Prematch bets apply to the outcome as described at the time of bet placement. Live bets are settled on event data as the match progresses, with adjustments made if official data is later revised in line with market descriptions. If an event is re‑scheduled, bets remain valid if placed before the revised start time and the event commences within a reasonable window as described in the market terms.

Fraud Prevention, Disputes and Regulatory Cooperation

Coinsgame may suspend settlements or void bets where fraud or manipulation is suspected. We will cooperate with regulatory bodies and report suspicious activity as required by applicable law. Findings by authorities may determine the final settlement of contested bets.

Dead Heats, Adjustments and Settlement Delays

In the event of a dead heat, the stake is distributed proportionally among the winners. For markets with a three‑way dead heat, the return is allocated among the winners proportionally to the number of winners. Any necessary adjustments to settlement timelines or re‑settlement rights follow the rules described herein and the market terms.
