Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the Coinsgame platform (the Site). By registering an account or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between you and Coinsgame. If you do not agree, cease use of the Site immediately.

Eligibility, Age and Jurisdiction

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and legally capable of entering a contract.
  • You may access and use the Site only in jurisdictions where online gaming and gambling are lawful. Coinsgame reserves the right to restrict participation by residents of certain territories and to update the list of restricted jurisdictions at any time.
  • It is your responsibility to comply with local laws governing online gambling. If gambling is illegal where you reside, you must not use the Site.

Your Account

  • Account registration must be in your own name and details. Only one account per person, address, telephone number or email address is allowed. Duplicate accounts may be closed and all related activity invalidated.
  • You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, and Coinsgame will not be liable for unauthorized use absent a proven breach by Coinsgame.
  • Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or its rights to another person.
  • You may close your account at any time provided there is no positive balance, no pending withdrawals, and no active promotions or bonuses affecting the account.

  • Coinsgame reserves the right to request documentation to verify identity, residency, and the source of funds. You must provide requested documents within 10 days of request. Failure to comply may result in payment withholding or account suspension or closure.
  • The Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be conducted before deposits, during activity, and prior to withdrawals, at Coinsgame’s sole discretion, using standard verification procedures.

  • Financial transactions are processed by Coinsgame directly or through designated payment partners. Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method as funding where feasible.
  • The account balance is not a bank balance and is not insured or backed by a financial guarantee. Deposits do not accrue interest.
  • By depositing funds, you authorize Coinsgame to debit your balance for any amounts due under these Terms or applicable law, including any applicable fees. You agree not to charge back deposits and to reimburse Coinsgame for any costs arising from chargebacks.
  • Coinsgame may set minimum and maximum deposit limits from time to time at its discretion.
  • Refunds: refunds are only considered under specific circumstances per a separate refunds policy. No refunds shall be made for funds that have been wagered or used in conjunction with bonuses unless expressly permitted by the separate terms. If a refund is processed, any bonuses and winnings attributed to the refunded amount may be deducted in accordance with the refund terms.

Promotions and bonuses are governed by separate Bonus Terms and Conditions. Coinsgame may modify or withdraw bonuses at any time. Promotions may impose wagering requirements, playthrough thresholds, and other restrictions; in the event of a conflict, the promotional terms prevail over these Terms.

Users must not engage in activities that undermine fair play, including cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated systems, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or any manipulation of outcomes. Coinsgame reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and forfeit funds where cheating or unlawful activity is suspected. Users must not engage in abusive conduct, attempt to solicit cryptocurrency, or otherwise misuse the Site’s services.

Coinsgame complies with applicable anti-money laundering and sanctions regimes. You may be prohibited from using the Site if you are subject to sanctions or if gambling is restricted in your jurisdiction. We may perform identity and location checks and may disclose information as required by law or to comply with regulatory processes.

  • Account holders may set time-out or self-exclusion periods through Account Settings. Time-out is a temporary halt with automatic reactivation at the end of the period. Self-exclusion is a longer cessation of activity with a defined process for re-entry.
  • Coinsgame may implement restrictions, limits, or self-exclusion based on observed patterns of play to protect players. If you seek assistance, you may contact the Site’s support channels; external resources may also be suggested where appropriate.

Coinsgame collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data may be used for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, and may be shared with payment processors and competent authorities as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Curaçao or, at Coinsgame’s option, by binding arbitration under the applicable arbitration rules with a seat in Curaçao. Jurisdiction and venue are determined by Curaçao law and applicable arbitration rules.

Coinsgame may amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

Coinsgame reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any conduct detrimental to the Site. In such cases, Coinsgame may withhold funds pending investigation and may take steps to recover losses or prevent further activity. Termination is final and no further compensation is owed for terminated accounts.
